A: The Glenbard Wastewater Authority does not own the sewer systems we provide collection for. These systems are owned by the Village of Lombard, Village of Glen Ellyn, DuPage County or Illinois American Water, as they own the lines that run or would run to individual residences.
A: The Glenbard Wastewater Authority does not bill individual residents for sewer service. As the sewer systems we provide collection to are owned by the Village of Lombard, Village of Glen Ellyn, DuPage County or Illinois American Water, we do not own the lines that run to individual residences.
Who should we contact for final bills then?
First it is recommended you verify with the Seller if they receive a sewer bill and from whom they receive their bills. Some unincorporated areas will have either DuPage County or Illinois American Water as providers, otherwise the Villages of Glen Ellyn or Lombard provide this service for most incorporated residences.
